If you see a kitten on our pages that you would like to adopt, please let us know which one in particular you would like to make part of your family.  We will then place a RESERVED tag on it pending arrival of a deposit where it will then be tagged as SALE PENDING.
The balance is then due prior to the delivery of your new kitten.
 

No deposits will be taken before the kittens are 4-6 weeks old as to verify sex and colour. Deposits for our kittens will be $150 for a pet and $200 for a breeder. All deposits are non~refundable.

You have 7 days to get us your deposit.  If in that time frame we do NOT receive your deposit we remove the reservred tag and the kitten will be available for the next interested person.

All kittens will have their shots, worming and Vet check
before they leave our cattery. We have a health guarantee
PROVIDED YOUR NEW KITTEN HAS SEEN A VET
WITHIN 72 HOURS OF PURCHASE. If there is a health
problem with the kitten, we MUST have a report from
your Vet, and it MUST be dated within 72 HOURS OF
PURCHASE. We do not guarantee health due to injuries
or mishap during flight to you or incidents or illnesses
that occur while in your care.

If a kitten fails to meet our Vets health standards, we will offer you another kitten equal the value of the kitten you placed a deposit on There are NO cash refunds

We guarantee that our kittens are in good health when they leave our Home/Cattery. We give a 1 Year Health Guarantee against hereditary disease, that effect the day to day life of the kitten (meaning if the kitten can NOT funtion in a normal way)
We WILL replace the kitten with an equal value kitten.

Shipping runs $250 this is to be paid by the buyer.  Each kitten is Vet checked and receives an Health Certificate stating that the kitten is in good health before shipping.

Reason for returning a kitten or cat to us as follows......
If kitten is NOT in good health and or failure to thrive, we ask for your Vets report on said kitten.  We will replace that kitten with equal value kitten.  The are NO cash refunds given.  No Exceptions.  Any shipping that must be done. it's up to the buyer to pay all fees.

On pets ONLY, the Registration papers given to buyer when they show proof from the vet that the kitten has been spayed/neutered.

In the unforeseen event that you can no longer care for your cat/kitten and you have no other means of guarantee that it will be sent to a healthy loving enviroment.  Please feel free to contact us where we will assist in its relocation and or take the kitten back.  Once again all shipping costs are at the owners expence and no refunds or exchanges are given in these circumstances, only the peace of mind that your cat/kitten will be well cared for.
